Please pay attention to the following points when using:
1. As the ceramics on the surface of ceramic anilox roll are porous materials with strong adsorption, it is strongly recommended that users do not remove the moisture-proof packaging during installation or carry out moisture-proof packaging again after unpacking inspection when they arrive at the unit: if the ceramic anilox roll is not used for a long time, please clean it and air dry it with moisture-proof packaging to avoid mold spots on the roll surface.
2. Check whether the roll surface has oil stain, foreign matters blocking the mesh, etc. before operating the machine to ensure that the roll surface is clean and tidy, so as to avoid poor ink transmission which may affect the print quality. The spindle head of the anilox roll has been coated with antirust oil, so be sure not to pollute the roll surface of the ceramic anilox roll during installation.
3. The anilox roll shall be handled with care to prevent contact and collision with foreign matters.
4. During installation, it is not allowed to knock the bearing on the shaft. It is better to use special bearing handling tools. In the process of installing the bearing, if the bearing is not handled correctly, the running accuracy of the roller body will be reduced, thus causing various printing failures. The other bearing is damaged or poorly lubricated, which will cause uneven pressure contact of the printing plate|
5. When operating, the tangential direction between the scraper and the pressed contact is generally 30 °~40 °. On the premise of ensuring normal ink transmission, the contact pressure should be as small as possible, and the line pressure is generally 2.85.6g/cm. Under normal pressure, there is an extremely thin ink film between the knife and the roll surface, so it is not allowed to rub the knife and the roll surface in a dry state.
6. The quality of printing ink and coating affects the service life of the anilox roll. After using each color of ink for a period of time, filter it in time to prevent impurities from damaging the roll. Clean the anilox roll in time after shutdown to prevent soft damage to the anilox roll caused by solidified and deposited organic matter|
7. The anilox roll with different number of lines, ink load and screen line angle will produce different printing effects. The user should reasonably select the anilox roll according to different printing requirements. For non absorbable printing materials, the amount of ink transfer required is small, and the number of lines on the anilox roll should be increased accordingly. For absorbent materials, the amount of ink transfer required is large, and the number of lines should be reduced accordingly. For high surface smoothness of the substrate, the number of lines should be increased accordingly, and vice versa. In addition, the high-speed machine has less ink transfer, so the number of anilox roll lines should be increased accordingly.
8. If the substrate is not clean, it will bring hard spots and get stuck between the anilox roller and the scraper, which will grind grooves on the roller surface and reduce the service life of the anilox roller. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the substrate surface is clean.
10. The printing effect is not only related to the ink load of the anilox roller, but also to the pressure between the anilox roller and the scraper, the viscosity of the ink or paint, the cleaning of the anilox roller, the pressure of the pressure roller, the type of substrate and other factors.
